Once upon a time, on a blog that was a huge fan of this one, a series of inspirational experiments was launched to determine if the source that we were inspired by, could in fact, through the use of a predominant color, drive our inspirational output towards the same themes that are associated with that color. It began with Inspiration in Red. There was always an intention to follow up on that with another run to further gather input and results. And where better to test the waters than on a site with a fixed focus on inspiring and engaging the design community?
So welcome to an FYC edition of the popular Inspiration in Color series. And given that we are on Fuel Your Creativity, how could we not start with the color red once more? So this is the beginning of the second series of posts focused on images that are primarily of a singular selected color. Inspiration in Red: The FYC Edition, features another awesome collection of imaginative and emotive works from all around the design world with two distinct purposes. The first, of course, is to inspire you, but also to see whether or not that inspiration tends to manifest elements that are associated with the color of choice.
