I actually made a list of PSD to HTML vendors. It was made about 2 months ago. I'm hoping to update it soon to add the newer ones and the ones I've missed. Contrary to the post, I've read so many bad reviews about htmlblender especially here. (which is also the list of 40 services)

I'd be really interested to know more about this particularly with anyone's experience with more complicated designs. I really am skeptical about this knowing how long it takes to create good CSS/ XHTML but am happy to be proven wrong. Also what happens regarding cross browser / platform optimisation? Vinh Le, I can see how you wouldn’t want anyone touching your code :) But def. a good option if you can’t find a freelancer for your timeline or are in a crunch! I will make it a point to do some more of these as long as they help!

Cool, never seen an honest review of a psd to html conversion before. Personally, I don’t like anyone touching my code because I am so picky when it comes to doing anything, but I have been considering services like this for some time. Perhaps I will try one in the future and test their skills after reading more of your helpful reviews. Thanks
