Showcase: 40 Appetizing Restaurant Logos
Restaurant logo design is tricky business. Logo design is a balance between what are often conflicting interests: representing the values of your brand, and standing out from other brands. When it comes to the topic of food, designers need to be especially careful — consumers are picky about what they put in their mouths! You need to ensure the logo is first and foremost appetizing, before you think about how different it is, whether it is gritty and realistic or cute and fluffy and so on.
Here’s a showcase of 40 restaurant logos that look different from the rest without sacrificing the most sacred value of the food industry.

These are absolutely cute and wonderful! So simply creative and easily decipher what kind of food is served. Brilliant collection!
Really nice logos, the “Bison” logo is superb!
Great logos. Makes me hungry. Thanks for sharing this.
I am happy to see not much of fork, spoon and knife icon Even ones have it are not cliche.
Hi nice collection of logos and great source of inspiration. I actually designed a logo similar to the kingwurst logo ( fork + sausage), and now I’m facing a little problem. I have to do a fast-food site and I am lacking some fast food stock photography. Does anyone know of a pack I can use? It can be anything fastfood, pizza, burgers, hot-dogs, grill, salads…right now I would like to have some images, and they will be featured in the slider on the homepage…
since I won’t get anything for the site until I’d finish, I really need some images to show my client, or I won’t be able to finish my project – and stealing some images wouldn’t be correct.
Hey Louis, try sites like photodune.net. You can get stock images for use in your work for just a few bucks.
You could also check http://www.creattor.com, not sure if you will find all the images you need, but I always download free images from there.
Exceptional logos. Unfortunately I hoped there will be more of them ;)) no disrespect but I am trying to open a website for a restaurant, for one of my client and I don’t want something to mainstream, so I thought maybe there will be more logos to find something more unique. If is not to much can someone suggest me a bigger collection of logos? Thanks in advance :D
The second one down of fish on a plate is memorable..The style be transposed with any subject too. Great!
