There are many resources available on the web these days, most often I usually come across a vast majority of links that are for photoshop. Today’s post focuses solely on Photoshop brushes; where to find, download + create your own brushes.
If your interested in creating your own from your artwork or even photographs, Veerle Pieters has done a great post on Creating Grunge Brushes. Bittbox also has a nice tutorial on How to make a photoshop brush. On that note, if your unsure how to install photoshop brushes Bittbox has a tutorial on that too!

Not familiar with all of these, but you’ve listed a few that I know and love. So if the rest are as good as the few I know then I’m sure these are very good.

Jacob, thanks so much. My fave is actually misprinted type, they have some nice brushes and a really nice roundup of fonts too. (http://www.misprintedtype.com/v3/fonts.php)
I also enjoy, Design Fruit, Urban Strokes & Brusheezy for browsing.
