I already was blown away by the fact that I won the $25 credits and now there’s even a chance to double up.

the best reason I can think of:
another $25 credit would be an even greater motivational boost for me in order to give something back to the ThemeForest community, by delivering some nice Wordpress themes in the near future.

My reason: I’ve been using Blogger for a couple of years, and now it’s time to create a complete web presence to perhaps include my glass bead making, graphic design and random hobbies. These themes look like a great way to do that.
